clear, Straightforward Support

At Early Intervention Collective, I believe families should understand the cost of support before getting started.

Whether you're accessing support privately or using eligible NDIS funding, we'll discuss fees and any potential additional costs before services begin.

Individual Early Intervention

Key Worker Support

$60 per hour

Sessions are tailored to your child's individual goals and may take place at home, preschool or school, or within the community.

If additional services such as reports, meetings, resource development or travel are required, any associated fees will be discussed with you beforehand.

Session Fees

Using NDIS Funding

Early Intervention Collective is an independent, unregistered NDIS provider.

This means I am not registered directly with the NDIS, however eligible services may be accessed by families who:

- Self-manage their NDIS funding

- Use a registered Plan Manager

If your NDIS funding is NDIA-managed (agency-managed), you generally need to use NDIS-registerd providers for those supports.

Your ability to use NDIS funding for EIC services will depend on your individual plan, goals, and available funding.

If you're unsure, you're welcome to get in touch or check with your Plan Manager before commencing services.

Invoicing

Invoices will clearly outline the service provided and can be supplied to you or your Plan Manager, depending on how your funding is managed.

For privately funded families, invoices will be prvided directly to you.

Payment arrangements and invoice details will be discussed before your first session so you know exactly what to expect.

Travel

Because support can take place in your child's everyday environments, some sessions may involve travel to your home, preschool, school, or community setting.

Any applicable travel charges will be discussed and agreed upon before services commence, so there are no unexpected costs.

Reports & Additional Support

From time to time, families may request additional services outside of regular sessions, such as:

Progress Reports

Meetings with educators or other professionals

Additional written documentation

Resource development

Collaboration with your child's wider support team

Where additional fees apply, these will always be discussed with you before the work is completed.

Privately Funded Supports

You don't need a NDIS plan to access Early Intervention Collective.

Family are welcome to access services privately at any time.

This may suit families who are waiting for NDIS access, don't have an NDIS plan, have used their available funding or simply want some additional support for their child.

Have questions about fees or funding?

It's completely okay if you're unsure how your child's funding works or whether EIC may be suitable.

Get in touch and we can discuss your situation. For questions about whether a particular support can be claimed from your NDIS plan, your Plan Manager or the NDIA can provide advice specific to your funding.
